The Transitional Adult Program offers a structured daily program including life skills, participation in community events and activities, recreational activities, socialization with peers, and integration of Individual Habilitation Plan goals.

The Transitional Adult Program is open to young adults over the age of 21 from the Atlantic County area who, due to severe or profound disability, require medical and/or therapeutic services plus total personal care and supervision. Referrals to this program are exclusively through the New Jersey Division of Developmental Disabilities.
